PROJECT ADMINISTRATORS

Requirements:

  • Fresh Gradutes, must have finance background & IT knowledge.
  • Language: English, other language is a bonus.

RF OPTIMIZATION & PLANNING ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in telecommunication.
  • Fluent in English, additional language is a bonus ( mandarin ).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation.
  • Well developed computer skill and especially in the use of modern RF test gears / equipments.
  • Detail knowledge of radio optimization & planning.
  • At least three years experience.


FRONT OFFICE ENGINEER

Scope of Work:

As below is the scope of work for the 24 x 7 network surveillance team 

 

·         To work in a reasonable shift rotation assigned by the manager concerned.

·         To perform customer daily Operation and Maintenance monitoring procedures.

·         To be contactable on a 24 x 7 hours basis.

·         To perform alarm monitoring, analysis, 1st level trouble-shooting and escalation to SOC Back End (if necessary) for all Ericsson UTRAN systems as per alarm SOPP.

·         To execute back-up management on the Ericsson system as per customer standard procedures.

·         Escalation via customer fault handling system and phone calls.

·         To facilitate and provide requested information for Field Force, Vendor and Contractor who perform Planned Work or Fault Rectification at RNC / Node B sites.

·         To record down site access information as provided by the Field Force, Vendor and Contractor before entering / leaving sites.

·         To execute pre-determined commands / scripts as per SOC Back End instructions.

·         To perform any other related task related to alarm monitoring and 1st level trouble-shooting.

·         To provide regular performance monitoring via scripts provided by Ericsson to monitor trends and to detect irregularities which can be service affecting.

·         To provide recommendations for process improvement to customer management . 

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication / IT) or equivalent.

·         Minimum two years working experience in related vendor or operator environment and telecommunication background.

·         Must be able to communicate effectively in English and B. Malaysia (written & oral), while proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

RAN BACK OFFICE ENGINEER

Scope of Work:

The main responsibility is to ensure that all solution deliveries to customers are made in a professional manner, achieving customer satisfaction and securing profitability for our client.

 

Depending on the applicable functional skill, the responsibilities are:

 

·         HSUPA activation

·         Implement EUL–HSPDA 14.4 Mbps

·         Implement 2nd Carrier

·         Node B Integration (3418, 6201 & 6102)

·         Trouble-shoot Node B IP interface end to end towards RNC

·         RNC & Nodes software up gradation P7.1.4 trouble-shooting RNC 3820 & Node Bs’

·         Upgrade the licenses key for Node B

·         Trouble-shoot IuPS-IP & IuCs-IP

·         Creating IMA Group & to add on new E1’s to the IMA Group to increase capacity

·         RNC 3820, Node B trouble-shooting through RAN Explorer

·         HW, SW and Configuration trouble-shooting similar to Iub Control Plane & User Plane and CP Iub + Mub over IP / Ethernet

·         Raise CSR to ELS Team     

·         Support RF & Optimization Team, create CR using Moshell8.Og for new sites

·         Provide 2nd level technical support to identify, investigate and resolve technical issues in UTRAN P7

·         To act on relevant problems escalated from the (SMC DiGi) surveillance team & engineer to identify fault in the network are investigated on and escalated to the corresponding system support units

·         Trace & activate VIP calls – UETR, CTR, GPEH (this are activate from OSS RC) and collect log & to trouble-shoot using Decoder.

·         Perform tracings such as UEH_EXCEPTION, Ans_aal2, RRC_ASN, NBAP_ASN and RANAP_ASN using Decoder at MO-shell.

·         Check IMSI or Module Tracing for calls failure

·         Trouble-shoot from the logs and rectify the faults change Node B and RNC parameters, e.g. electrical tilting, scrambling code, power, antenna feeder attenuation

·         Execute IRAT & UTRAN Relation 

Requirements:

·         At least 3-5 years working experience in related vendor or operator environment and telecommunication background

(Selangor)

Strategic Role & Scope:

  • To coordinate installation engineering function & the production of IE documentation for RBS/BTS/TRM system installation following standard IE methods.
  • To provide technical support to the contract/ service provider’s staffs on installation engineering techniques for RBS/BTS/TRM installation activities.
  • Coordinate all installation engineering activities with customer, site owners & service provider.
  • To manage all installation engineering activities and to secure approval from landlord for all installation activities.
  • To ensure that all RBS/BTS/TRM installation engineering rules, methods & work instruction are updated and followed.
  • Production of all engineering survey report being ready and submitted within specified time as required by customer for approval.
  • To ensure production of all installation engineering documents in accordance to contractual obligation.
  • Monitor projects status and ensure timely delivery of deliverables, ie site approval & site documentation.


TRANSMISSION SUPERVISOR
(Selangor)

Requirements:

Strategic Role & Scope:

  • To ensure all transmission ( TRM) implementation activities are carried out in accordance to established Ericsson installation method and quality requirements using latest available technical know-how.
  • To provide technical support to installation staffs, sub- contractors and customers in any installation involving TRM.
  • To assist in all installation issues related to TRM implementation.
  • To ensure all TRM installation activities are in accordance with Ericsson’s standard practices & quality requirement.
  • To ensure installation activities are carried out in accordance with plan in order to meet agreed completion dates.
  • To ensure all installation activities are carried out in accordance with customer requirements.
  • To ensure that the installation activities carried out by our sub-contractors are in accordance to Ericsson installation practices and procedures, use of proper tools & adherence to safety standards and procedures.
  • To provide technical support on all matters related to TRM installation activities.


 

2nd LEVEL SUPPORT ENGINEER (SECURITY)

Scope of Works:

·         Responsible to provide 2nd level maintenance and restoration for security related equipment in the network

·         Perform detail alarm analysis on the network

·         Properly judge the complexity of the fault, call for the multiple expertise support and/or escalate to 3rd level support engineer or vendor engineer effectively

·         Co-operate in multiple expertise’s Fault handling

·         Investigate and summarize critical technical fault for the network

·         Provide incident report on the technical fault for the network

·         Investigate customer complaint and resolution

·         Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster

·         Ensure the tasks are carried out in accordance to the SLA (SERVICE Level Agreement)  and KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

·         Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

·         Working in Klang Valley

Technical Qualification & Experience:

·         Degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent

·         Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Telco / ICT industry, preferably security engineer currently holding similar position

·         Experience in Telco / ICT network security processes, best practices and implementation

·         Experience with the following equipment is a plus - RM9000, U2000, S2300, S5300 and S9300, CX600, NE40E, MA5612, MA8245, SmartAX MA5600T and Firewall / SIG – Eudemon 8160E

·         Managed services experience is a strong plus

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
(Selangor)

  • To manage and control all TRM/BTS/Node B implementation activities according to planned and schedule.
  • To plan and request resources from HO needed for implementation.
  • To manage and control budget as approved for the project.

Accountabilities:

  • To ensure availability of trained resources, calibrated tools & test equipments.
  • To plan and implement all activities related to radio site implementation.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To prepare TRM/BTS/AN implementation schedules as per Project Managers/Customer rollout plan.
  • To conduct radio site inspection to ensure site readiness and safety for installation.
  • To monitor TRM implementation and first line maintenance work till hand over.
  • To guide and advice installation supervisors and testers regarding radio site implementation process.
  • To hand over all completed red mark radio sites installation documents & test records to Project manager.
  • To arrange implementation/ testing tools from HQ and transportation, hotel etc from project office.
  • To hand over all Blue tagged faulty units to Project Manager.

Authority:

  • To accept / reject radio site based on radio site inspection.
  • To request HQ for resources, tools & test equipments.
  • To maintain test equipments & implementation tools.
  • To change site documents if required.

Professional/Technical Competencies:

  • Good knowledge in Ericsson’s various TRM/ BTS and its related sub-products and power system.
  • Good knowledge in installation and or testing and commissioning of Ericsson’s RBS/TRM system.
  • Good knowledge in radio frequency propagation theories and radio network planning activities.
  • Good knowledge in IS/IT tools and its application.
  • Good knowledge in IS/IT tools and its application.


TECHNICAL HELPDESK (PROVISIONING SPECIALIST)

Requirements:

·         Responsible to provide single point of contact (SPOC) to operator’s Customer Care Center and other related departments

·         Responsible to receive and acknowledge customer complaints escalated from Customer Care Center

·         Manage the helpdesk tickets

·         Analyze and filter customer complaints according to categories (eg. high level complaints, technical issue and general query)

·         Resolve simple problem related to general query

·         Escalate to other departments for complaint related to high level complaints and technical issue

·         Feedback / update Customer Care Center on the progress of the received complaint

·         Inform the Customer Care Center for any on-going activities that may cause service disruption

·         Maintain the database of customer complaints

·         Produce report on a scheduled basis

·         Responsible to interface with Development, Product Marketing or other related department from Customer for any service provisioning and activation

·         Ensure the job task are carried out in accordance to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

·         Analyze the requirement received, check the network resources and produce the work plan (if required)

·         Responsible to prepare the work plan for execution upon identifying for network resources
